En este trabajo, se reportan avances en técnicas de micropropagación de dos especies forestales arbóreas nativas: Quillaja brasiliensis y Prosopis affinis. Se describe el material vegetal madre utilizado y se reportan los medios de cultivo ajustados en las diferentes etapas del proceso de micropropagación (introducción, multiplicación, enraizamiento, aclimatación y rustificación). Se presentan y discutan resultados de tasas de multiplicación, enraizamiento en las etapas propiamente dicha de micropropagación in vitro y de sobrevivencia de las plántulas en las etapas de aclimatación y rustificación en cámara de crecimiento e invernáculo. |
